Do I own my website?

With the FlowPoint Website, yes — you purchase and own the complete website. With FlowPoint Hub, the website and platform are provided as part of your active subscription. Your domain, branding, content and customer data remain yours.

What does the €20 monthly hosting cover?

It covers hosting the website with FlowPoint, routine security and performance monitoring, and keeping the site available online. Website Care is separate and only needed if you want us to make regular content changes for you.

What is included in Website Care?

Website Care covers regular small updates such as changing text, images, services, prices, contact details or opening hours. New pages, redesigns and larger features are quoted separately before any work begins.

When does the seven-day Hub trial begin?

The free trial begins when your finished website and Hub go live. You can use the complete system for seven days before paying. If you continue, your first €99 payment is due on day eight. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

What happens if I cancel FlowPoint Hub?

Your website and Hub remain live while the subscription is active. When the subscription ends, both are taken offline. Your domain, content and customer data remain yours, and your customer data can be exported.

Can I keep the website without Hub later?

Yes. If Hub is no longer the right fit, talk to us about converting the website to the standalone ownership option.

Does FlowPoint take commission on bookings?

No. FlowPoint does not take a percentage of your bookings. If you add online card payments later, the payment provider's standard processing fees still apply.
